Your consultation takes place online with a medical consultant and representative of Aesthetic VAM. If you would rather meet in person, our office in Mannheim is available when we have an appointment. Either way we review your photographs, explain what is realistic for your anatomy and what is not, and take you through every stage — including cost.

Surgery is one day. Healing takes weeks — and how that healing is managed shows in the final result. Manual lymphatic drainage is a routine part of recovery after body and facial procedures.
Manual lymphatic drainage
A gentle, rhythmic massage technique applied by a trained therapist. It works with the lymphatic system rather than the muscles, so it is light rather than deep.
Swelling and fluid
Swelling and fluid retention are normal after surgery. Lymphatic drainage is widely used to help reduce that swelling and keep you more comfortable while tissues settle.
Part of your plan
Sessions are arranged as part of your aftercare, with timing confirmed by your surgeon. You also receive written aftercare instructions to take home.
Aftercare is planned individually. Your surgeon confirms when treatment may begin and how often it is appropriate in your case.
